Nancy Nashban--with 39 years experience in global real estate, Nancy is the founding broker of 1st International Realty San Miguel. Originally from Rockville Centre, New York, Nancy graduated from Carnegie Mellon with majors in theater and art. Her work career began in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin as a service chairperson for the local mental health association. Her efforts there were rewarded with a prestigious leadership award and an appointment to the National Institute of Mental Health in Washington, D.C. After declining offers to run for a senate seat, she opened a clothing boutique that she developed into a retail chain of high-end clothing with designer pieces from Europe and New York.  After her relocation to Phoenix, Arizona in 1980, Nancy launched her real estate career. Shortly, within a nationally-recognized company, she rose to the top 1/2 of 1 percent of producers and earned all the awards and kudos offered by her parent company.  With those successes under her belt, Nancy founded a national real estate franchise specializing in luxury properties. 

During this time, she also began her travels to San Miguel de Allende where her love of culture, art and beautiful homes piqued her interest in the real estate business south of the border.  Over time, Nancy decided to make San Miguel de Allende her primary residence.  Given her luxury home contacts around the world, she aptly named her business 1st International Realty. Today, 37 years later, Nancy continues to help her clients find the home of their dreams in San Miguel. Working tirelessly on their behalf, Nancy lives up to her famous business slogan, "They Never Say NO to Nancy!" With her eye for architecture, art and design, Nancy sees and capitalizes on the inherent beauty and the hidden potential of homes she lists and sells. Her deep commitment to understanding the needs of her clients is the hallmark trait of her real estate career.
